- Print Design includes (Stationary, cards, letter head, logo, billboard, etc…)
- Sizes of the printings
- Send the finalized information to client for approval
Tasking
- Dividing work in smaller tasks
- Write all tasks with each and every detail
- Provide reference materials and samples
- Allocate Time durations for each task
- Allocate resources (who is going to do which task)
- Create a timeline for 1st draft
- Inform client about the 1st draft’s time line
- Compile a MS Project file or DOT PROJECT for tracking the tasks
Assigning Tasks
- Email and inform each and every one for their tasks in details
- Set reporting intervals and situations
- Update MS Project / Dot Project to keep everybody informed with the progress
Dispatch the 1st Draft
- Review the work quality and tasks
- If some work is required to be done, assign the tasks and update MS Project / Dot Project
- Compile all the tasks distributed in a single package
- Dispatch the 1st Draft to client for feedback and updates
Feedback / Updates
- Repeat the first 3 steps in case of feedback and updates
- Keep a daily backup of each file, in a separate folder (with documentations)
