This handbook is prepared for the guidance of our employees and familiarizes them with the policies and practices followed at AALA IT Solutions.
The information in this document is subject to a continuous process of review and improvement. The company reserves the right to amend, delete, or add any term and condition of service as and when necessary.
This handbook is not a contract of employment. All employment with the company is on an at-will basis. As such, you or the company may terminate the employment at any time for any reason following the defined procedure.
This Handbook is the company's property and may not be circulated or given to anyone outside of the company.

- Added a new Non-Compete and Non-Solicitation Agreement as Section 4 of the handbook, ensuring employees do not engage with AALA's clients or hire its employees for two years after leaving the company.
- Moved the Exit Interview section to Section 5 to accommodate the new Section 4.
- Updated 3.8 Resignation to clarify the minimum notice period as30 days or as agreed upon in the employment contract.
- Improved 3.8.2 Penalty for Leaving Without Notice by detailing consequences, including withheld settlements, denial of experience certificates, and potential legal action.
